Getting the business to run is already hard, even harder without the right knowledge. But what if you have the knowledge and the right team to do that and still can't? Having the right tools is the right answer, but as you know, not always the right tools are available, sometimes you need to build them by yourself to get them, that's how we did it.

Starting from the scratch, we made a full list of all the checks that we need to do on all devices, from the display, to the buttons, speakers, microphones and many other parts. We thinked about how each single test should have worked and looked like, then we started do develop it one by one. We tested each single function on each device, and we did it.
